EMOUNT SERVICES (Pty)Ltd  was launched by Kubendree Nair CA(SA) after 20 years experience in the corporate world. 

Kubendree Nair is a visionary, a Chartered Accountant, and her skills exposure has been in various Listed  multi-nationals. Having completed her articles at Deloitte & Touche, which culminated in her services in Zurich, Switzerland, Kubendree played various roles in different Sectors, including Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics and Distribution, FMCG, Education, and the  Waste and Water Space. It is during this exposure, that she had gained her vast knowledge and demonstrated application of her skills and expertise.

Just prior to forming EMOUNT SERVICES, Kubendree occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer and the only Woman Executive Board Member of Veolia Services, a SA subsidiary of a French company, Veolia Environment (France),  listed as one of the TOP 10 companies on the Paris Stock Exchange. 

Her extensive travelling abroad together with communicating and working alongside individuals across cultures and nationalities has immensely broadened her exposure

Kubendree proudly admits her best career years, (11years)  were spent at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa, where she was mentored by inspirational leaders, won various accolades, lead amazing teams, and managed various work streams, including Accounting and Shared Services exposure. It is during this time in this impressive world class company, that Kubendree attributes her excellent career development and success to.

Kubendree has never been afraid of challenges and believes that it is through challenges that individuals are moulded. She has a strong voice at the Boardroom table and has always had a  particular interest and flair for Risk detection and application of policies and procedures.

Kubendree has always been passionate about her staff and people, in their Training, Development, Upskilling, Coaching and Mentoring. She is especially passionate about Mentoring Woman for the Corporate World and in the Boardroom. It is this passionate vision for Woman’s Empowerment that has led her to form her own Woman’s Academy, one of the divisions of EMOUNT SERVICES, which will be a training and development ground of woman from all educational streams . Kubendree believes that a leaders success is founded on the joint and collaborative efforts of their teams, and hence she believes that it is imperitive for companies to invest in their people and their talent, especially the need to see more Woman at the boardroom table.
